The story behind the name

One life can leave an impact that keeps moving.

Nash, loving people without judgment.

The Nash Impact was founded by Kelsey Trujillo after the unexpected passing of her husband, Nash. Nash had a gift for seeing people beyond their circumstances. Whether someone was struggling, experiencing homelessness, living with addiction, or simply feeling unseen, he loved without judgment and reminded them that their story was not over.

His life reflected the transforming hope of Jesus. Kelsey wanted that legacy to continue not only through memories, but through the way people are served.

It is still being handed down. Nash and Kelsey’s daughters, Sage and Hazel, are growing up learning what their dad lived: that people are worth seeing, worth serving, and worth loving on purpose. The impact he made is meant to keep moving through them, too.

The Nash Impact puts that purpose into motion by helping organizations complete meaningful work. Kelsey’s long-term vision is to build a successful, purpose-driven business whose profits create more opportunities for community outreach, meals, worship gatherings, acts of service, and intentional care.

Kelsey has always loved helping people and finding ways to make things run more smoothly. Her experience includes customer service, building businesses, organizing projects, supporting teams, and creating structure where it is needed most.

Since 2016, she and Nash worked side by side to grow her family’s company, Zadok Supply. He was a huge reason the company grew — the two of them were a dynamic duo — and Kelsey became a partial owner in 2024. Along the way, she also launched a seasonal online children’s clothing venture and discovered how much she enjoys creating something useful from the ground up.

Today, those experiences come together through The Nash Impact. Kelsey is at her best when a project feels scattered, details are piling up, and someone needs to bring calm, ownership, and dependable follow-through.
